Come out on Monday, January 20th and create a special 100th Day of School shirt. Wear your creations on the 100th Day - January 23, 2025.

According to the Texas State Immunization Law, when your child turns 4 years old, he/she will need the following immunizations: DTaP, IPV, MMR & Varicella. Please provide a copy of your child’s shot record to the school nurse.

According to the Texas State Immunization Law, when your child turns 11 -12 years old, he/she will need the following immunizations: MCV4 (1 of 2 series) & TDAP. Please provide a copy of your child’s shot record to the school nurse.

You can take your child to a clinic/Pediatrician of your choice, or to The Health & Human Service Department office located at 1200 E. Hwy 285 Falfurrias, TX. You must first call for an appointment at 361-325-5621.
